Ripple VAs made a groundbreaking notice for the six VAs who would set the tone for how they will drive the company’s Cebu satellite office, formally launched in December last year.
Lovely Ross Ai Machica took the helm as Ripple VAs-Cebu Satellite Managing Director (SMD), naming new people to the office erected on December 3.
With her were Julia Emily Gonzaga as Operations Officer, Louiechi Von Rama as Finance Officer, Lea Jane Cisneros as Growth Officer, Ariesrio Jhunsin Base as Marketing Officer, and Hazel Machica as Mission Officer.
Machica said God chose the new management through the grace of her personal choice, although Gonzaga and Hazel Machica were already part of Ripple VAs-Main.
Asked about her expectations for the team, Machica said: “I expect boldness from them as we hold the plow bravely and tightly. I expect them also to continue to have a humble and submissive heart.”
Machica added that all of them are from Cebu, on a work-from-home setup.
“But [we] attend physically on our Sunday Service for our ministry,” Machica furthered.
Steamrolling in with many significant changes to defend their current working ways, Machica expressed, “We just have launched. So far, everything is still in transition setup.”
Meanwhile, Machica said she accepted the challenge of becoming Ripple VAs-Cebu’s SMD after the company’s national leadership summit in July 2022.
“During the leadership summit, I received this verse: ‘God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7).’ Afterward, I said yes to God whatever He wants me to do,” Machica said.
Ripple VAs-Cebu currently has 13 pioneer VAs, with their office located on the Ground Floor of the Grand Orchard Building in Mambaling, Cebu City.
The new office was part of Ripple VAs’ goal of amplifying its efforts to have a presence anywhere in the country.
