Seven years ago, Ripple VAs was but a whisper on the wind, a ripple in an endless ocean — like in the beginning, when the earth was formless, and God set His masterpiece into motion. The sands settled, the trees stretched toward the heavens, the birds soared across the sky, the waters teemed with fish, the land welcomed creatures great and small, and life overflowed in abundance.
And now, after seven incredible years, we stand in awe of how this ripple has become a mighty wave. Akin to the fullness of creation on the seventh day — a moment of completion, favor, and rest — we celebrate Ripple VAs’ 7th Anniversary with overflowing gratitude!
The Year of Overflow: Freedom, Favor, and Fruitfulness
This year, Ripple VAs embraces the theme of Overflow — a powerful declaration that speaks of abundance beyond measure. As we mark this milestone, we are honored to have Pastor Jay Igdanes from City of God - Batangas City last February 28, 2025 as our guest speaker, bringing wisdom and revelation to illuminate this season of grace.
More than receiving, overflow is mainly outpouring — of blessings, of opportunities, of growth. It is reaching a place where the seeds sown in faith and diligence will bear fruit, where the work of many hands will result in a harvest beyond expectations. For Ripple VAs, this means deeper impact, expanded opportunities, and a renewed commitment to serving with excellence.
Freedom to Serve (Galatians 5:13)
True freedom is far from the ability to work remotely, set our own schedules, or achieve financial independence. From day one, Ripple VAs believes freedom is the ability to serve. Hence, the company was never meant solely for virtual assistance; it was for using our God-given talents to make an impact.
When Ripple VAs started, it was a leap of faith — one person’s vision to empower others, to create opportunities where there were none. The early days were filled with uncertainty, but the heart to serve never wavered. As the company grew, so did the mission.
Today, this freedom to serve manifests in many ways. Through scholarships for aspiring VAs, support for ministries and missions, and leadership programs that shape individuals into impact-driven professionals, Ripple VAs has become a vessel for transformation. The ripple effect is real, and it continues to expand as more leaders build companies of their own and rise with the same heart of service.
Similarly, when Elijah asked the widow of Zarephath for food, she thought she had nothing left — only a handful of flour and a little oil (1 Kings 17:8-16). But when she obeyed in faith, her jar never ran dry. Just as she found freedom in trusting God's provision, Ripple VAs has learned that service, even in seasons of uncertainty, leads to overflow. The more we pour into others, the more we see God multiply the impact.
Favor from Seeking Good (Proverbs 11:27)
A ripple only grows when it moves with intention. In Luke 5:1-11, Peter, an experienced fisherman, had worked all night and caught nothing. But when Jesus told him to cast his net again, he obeyed and sought good — and his boat nearly sank from the miraculous catch!
Ripple VAs, too, started seeking good — excellence in service, integrity in leadership, and purpose-driven work. In return, doors that once seemed impossible to open have swung wide with divine favor. In the early days, Ripple VAs was a small operation with big dreams. It started with a handful of VAs, working tirelessly to prove that Filipino talent could compete on the global stage. Clients came, not just because of skill, but because they saw something unique — a work ethic rooted in faith.
This pursuit of goodness has led to incredible milestones. Over 500 clients worldwide have trusted Ripple VAs. The company has expanded across industries, from digital marketing to executive support, real estate, healthcare, and more. It has built a culture where faith is not separate from business but is the foundation of it.
Favor has followed Ripple VAs not because of luck but because the company has consistently chosen to seek good. The principle remains true: when you chase after what is right, blessings will chase after you.
Fruitfulness from a Rooted Life
A ripple does not fade when it is connected to a deep and steady source. Likewise, growth that is rooted in faith, integrity, and service is not temporary but built to last.
Ripple started with a single leader and grew into a thriving community of over 300 VAs and leaders as of 2025, spanning four satellite offices across the Philippines. But fruitfulness is not only numbers — it’s more on the lives transformed along the way. It’s the VAs who have found not only careers but also confidence, leadership, and purpose. It’s the businesses that have been able to scale because of the support they received. It’s the investments poured into training, mentorship, and personal growth that continue to bear fruit in every Ripple VA who rises to lead.
This is what it means to be truly fruitful. It’s not just growth for the sake of expansion.
This is the promise of Overflow — that the freedom to serve will lead to greater impact, that the pursuit of good will attract divine favor, and that deep-rooted faith will bear fruit beyond what was ever imagined.
Here’s to the next chapter. Here’s to the overflow that is yet to come!
