In the early years of this dream, Jez Perez, our CEO, was simply navigating the online work landscape, immersing herself in the world of virtual assistance. With every task completed and tool mastered, she discovered a profound enjoyment in the work, igniting a passion that encouraged her to grow her skills and provide real value to her clients.
This experience felt transformative, almost like an inventor unveiling a groundbreaking creation. Jez felt compelled to share this newfound knowledge with those close to her — her pastor and colleagues — who embraced her vision and helped bring it to life.
What initially appeared as a blur slowly sharpened into a clear objective: to create a platform where she could teach others the art of being a VA, multiplying her abilities through a company she named Ripple.
A ripple is akin to a small wave on a water surface; just like a pebble thrown into an ocean creates ripples, Ripple VAs aims to generate waves of positive impact. The goal is to ensure that their efforts create beneficial ripples within the VA community, among clients, and within their mission ministry.
